We also collect usage data such as page views, session data, and device information to improve our service.

We use your information to provide and improve our assessment platform, generate AI-powered analysis and reports, deliver leads to quiz creators, send transactional emails (results, account notifications), and analyze aggregate usage patterns.

3. Data Sharing

Quiz responses and lead capture data are shared with the quiz creator who generated the assessment link. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We use third-party services (hosting, email delivery, AI processing) that process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Quiz response data is retained for the duration of the quiz creator's subscription. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure database hosting, and access controls. We do not store passwords in plaintext.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Quiz respondents may contact the quiz creator or us directly to exercise these rights. To make a request, email privacy@cortadogroup.ai.
