By accessing or using LevelUpQuiz.ai ("the Service"), operated by Cortado Group LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LevelUpQuiz.ai is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to create AI-powered maturity assessments for lead generation and audience insights. The Service includes quiz creation, lead capture, AI analysis, and reporting features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to collect data without proper consent, to distribute malware or harmful content, or to impersonate others. Quiz creators are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from respondents.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create (quiz questions, branding, analysis prompts). You grant us a license to host and process your content to provide the Service. The LevelUpQuiz.ai platform, code, and design are the property of Cortado Group LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cortado Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless you request immediate removal.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
